The inspace app allows users to easily book workspaces, find colleagues, and schedule meetings all in real-time. Users follow three easy steps: 1. view a live map of your office 2. check the availability of a desk, area, or meeting, and 3. confirm the booking!

inspace has a variety of great features for users including; The ability to invite colleagues to join meetings after booking a room and more personalized account features such as; adding certain colleagues to a “favorites” list; managing your schedule and even indicating whether you’ll be working remotely or in-office, and much more.

By adding all office locations and employees to the app, admins can utilize our targeted analysis and interpretation tools to indicate how office space is being used, which employees are working remotely, and which are present in the office. See how this app can help you save up to 50% on rent.
