Wow! After a very long hour of search I finally found an app that is so flexible. I can inspect anything with this app. The name really applies to anything you inspect. Highly recommended to all inspectors out there. BUT PLEASE! Please! Please!!! Fix the thr touble in Saving the Files. Its very long time to save and not saving at all. I will five more than 5 stars and will highly recommend it to all inspectors I know. Thank you so much and thumbs up! And good job developer. 😁

Complete garbage. I spent hours writing a report 34 images at least 50 words for each.every time I hit save it took 2 min and error. Then finally saved. Then I sent to client. On his end and the trst I sent to me, we had one image and 30 words and a big red box. I had to use report feature and completely redo report by salvaging text and rebuilding it in a word app. Do yourself a favor Use word it does more than this rag and it works. Extremely disappointed what a piece of carp!!
