I got connected with the company several months ago and grateful to have this as a side gig! The inspection offers aren't very consistent, but the offers that are made offer a great rate and can usually be done on your own schedule, although certain types might require a scheduled time. The inspections don't require alot of special knowledge and are done more with common sense and an eye for detail. After completion, you are paid out in 1–3 days.

The inspection app is not the issue. The issue is the service. They do not take care of their customers correctly as an inspector I typically find that the home cannot be accessed or there is a hostile, tenant or some other Problem occurs that will Keep Me from inspecting 50% of the time and Then the client is charged. The full price and the inspection is rescheduled again. Please, if you are a property owner or a property manager, just call a local inspector. We can help.

I've been with this company for 5 years, and the app has consistently gotten worse. It's incredibly slow, crashes often, and uploading photos takes forever — sometimes 10+ minutes for just a handful, and that's if it doesn't freeze completely. I’ve stopped accepting jobs because the app wastes so much time that it’s not worth the pay — which, in some cases, has even gone down, while the company continues to charge clients the same. It feels like the focus is on profit and not the inspectors.

I signed up for this about a year ago. Received a message saying there was not a lot of need for surveys in my area. After about 5 months I received a message asking to review my information was correct, that there was an increase in need for surveys in my area. I made sure it was up-to-date and waited excitedly for my first survey. When nothing came through after a few more months I went in and increased my serviceable area to 100 then later 200 miles. Still nothing...
