This inspection software is very versatile. When I add a new note the software automatically saves it in my library, so I get more efficient with each inspection. You also have the ability to import notes. It is very intuitive and easy to customize. The customer services top-notch. The software has every feature you will want or need for price that's much less than other brands. I highly recommend.

Hard to use and amateurish design. The only nice thing is the camera and the ability to add pictures without having to go back through the whole process of from start to finish.

I have been using Palm tech inspection software for 2 years now. I normally wouldn't leave a bad review but the recent app crash has left me scrambling to find new software as I have had so many issues with theirs. The worst part is I'm on the West Coast, and they are in Ohio with limited time windows to answer any customer service calls, and they rarely return them. I do like the report format, but this is a bad headache and if you're a new inspector find another software company.
