This new version of Palm tech has helped speed up the reports and the integration of sending out agreements and invoicing right when the inspection is scheduled. The Client can sign and pay, and you're notified and then all you have to do is the inspection.

Palm tech Complete is the most horrendous software palm tech has ever put out. Even in the days of doing everything on a PDA, it was useable. Now it instead of 1 or 2 taps to put information into a report, it takes 4 or 5 if you can remember which of the multiple tabs your information is under. It is also disappointing that palm tech used to sell a lifetime license for their products, and now they have quite servicing those products in favor of a subscription service.

This is a terrible app and software. It is completely dysfunctional with 4-pt and Wind Mitigation inspections. The company is well aware of its issues and doesn't have a clue how to resolve them. When I asked for a prorated refund due to the unresolved software issues that had made the software inoperable they cut off all communication. I was forced to go to Spectra, who I'm thrilled with.
