File explorer is strange... why dont you take gallery app or google photos app to select files from phone memory?

Works grest with V40. Installed on V20 and i am not able to see the Insta360player folder. I can access my DCIM and play vr files. Not sure why i can see the app folder in windows. Have explorer set to show hidden. Player still works great just need to go to different folder. Update: new phones needed setting on file manager to show hidden and restart phones. Insta360player folder now appears in explorer. Can play my vr files on my oculus through player. Covered connector with tape. Looped vid

Changing my review from a one to two stars. I got it work but it was a pain. I had to go to a place with wifi (the city) conncted to the camera off the app off my dads phone (older phone model then mine) and now i can use the camera. I transfer the files directly to my pc from the camera and i view them using the editor, you can get on the website. However i cannot view my clips on my phone unless i have wifi which is not the case where i live. ALL THIS COULD BE AVOIDED IF YOU UPDATED YOUR APP.

Do not open insv files.. it only works on 360 converted videos.. also no support for SDcard or Remote file location files..

I downloaded it but the app wont open at all. It starts when I click the Icon but then just shuts off. Whats up with that?????

Insta360 has good hardware, but the worst software. It won't find files in my phone to run the video. And their app constantly crashes.
