Bought 1 GB to use in the New York with an eSIM. Setting up the eSIM was simple, however the activation took some time. I contacted support, and they reacted within an hour and solved the problem. I've used this app for several years to get esims when traveling. I travel a lot. It used to be that set up was easy, data was great, price was very competitive. However, the last two times I tried to use it, esim keeps showing installation failure. When I try to use the Chat function to get assistance, it doesn't do anything. I loved this app before, but sadly it's so unreliable now.
