Install Shop Ledger

Manage clients, installation schedules, payments and expenses in a fixed KRW ledger.

Record client names and optional phone numbers, then add installation jobs with date, time, work type, site, amount and notes. Track paid, unpaid and partially paid jobs, record full or partial receipts, and check each client’s history and outstanding balance. Add material, subcontracting and other expenses. Monthly statistics show job revenue, receipts, receivables, expenses and net profit on an accrual basis, including unpaid revenue. All amounts are integer Korean won (KRW); the app does not convert currencies.

No account required. Ledger records stay on this phone. Core record keeping works offline.

Open Settings from the gear at the upper right of any main tab. The native language selector offers System and 17 languages. Change interface language without translating your client or financial records. Settings includes the installed version/build, privacy information and advertising privacy choices when required. Feedback opens a language-matched Tally form with nine public app/device context fields. Client and financial data are never attached automatically. Optional email is entered only in the external form.

Opens Tally. Only app, app name, installed version/build, Android, device model, OS, UI language and Settings source are included. Never client, phone, job, amount or notes. Email is optional and entered by you in the form.

Client names, phone numbers, jobs, payments, expenses and notes are stored locally on this phone. Deleting the app can remove these records.

Google advertising and Firebase Analytics process service data. Tally receives feedback you submit and the nine public context fields. These services need internet.
