Running Android 5.0.2 and I have the vulneability... contrary to what articles say; that I should not be affected due to my OS version, my phone can still be infected. I think this app is a joke. UPDATE 3/30/15: after developer update, I tried again and my phone (Nexus 6 now with Android 5.1) would not allow the dummy app to install, so it appears my phone is now safe from any vulnerabilities. I now rate 5 star and thank developer for fixing the app.

Sprint LG 3 lollipop 5.0. 1 ran test and it's saying that it's vulnerable.. any way to patch it. other then waiting on carrier..

I don't think it works. It says that Android 5.1 has the vulnerability. A broken security app really undermines the credibility of this security research company.

Android 4.4.4 still vulnerable? I have a Droid Maxx running Android 4.4.4 and I used the app as instructed but, didn't get the result I was anticipating. I start the scan and it installs meaning I'm vulnerable... right? Then I hit check and it throws the "Be Aware!" note which should be impossible as I'm using 4.4.4... right? I then thought it may be due to me having 2 installing apps so when I click start it prompts me to choose between the Android unpacker and the B1 archiver I had. I uninstalled B1 as I didn't even know how I got it and then this App crashed upon attempted use. I restarted it and now it only sends out parse errors after hitting "Start". I un/re-installed the app and the same error keeps happening or the App crashes. So, to note: 1 - If you have multiple unpacking or archiving or installing apps they may cause this App to glitch out and say you’re to "Be Aware" on 4.4.4. 2 - Hope that what is said is true and that if you got 4.4.4 you’re safe. 3 - If you have 4.4.4 and didn’t have multiple installers and it still installed and says you’re vulnerable... you’re S.O.L. and are now worried your entire life will be stolen and used for nefarious purposes.

Don't trust Have international GS5 4.4.2 and it says vulnerable. I only load apps from play store and apart from this test never allow apps to sideload and keep a clean system. But 4.4 up meant to be patched so who do you beleave.
