Very good app. It was very easy to set up and pay my provider. I see a lot of negative reviews for not having your amount in the app, you must set up the app with a patient code or invoice number from your care provider befire you can see a bill. Think of this app as the middle man between you and the provider to handle payment online for them, just like PayPal for the public.

This app sucks! If your provider requires it get a new provider. Super complicated, makes you enter the same information over and over and is not clear where you can go. There is no way to quick pay and though the bill I got said I could take a picture with the app and pay my bill, absolutely false. Terrible.

This instated app or online is like scam because I paid a bill, and it went to instated, and I put my information and everything matches and I paid it ! But I still receive a statement, so I called the hospital that I make the payment for, and they can not find anything anybody can give an answer for the bill I paid via instated. So watch out people !!! I will give this App a ZERO (0) STAR but I have to put something to be able to post my comment :/
