How are you supposed to use this product? Monitors are useless without app, and it will not open on Note 9

Can't configure probes. The list of sites is not sorted alphabetically, so it's impossible to assign the probe to the correct facility. Had to borrow a coworkers iphone to set up a probe.

Can't save passwords for login. Crashes constantly. Fails to connect constantly. This app is the only way to load firmware on devices, and it fails mid-update constantly.

Unreal how bad this app is. Doing a quarterly validation test should take less than 15 minutes. Instead, by the time I call tech help and talk to multiple people to get it to finally work right I've spent multiple hours.

So poor...cannot detect the data loggers present and hard to navigate the app. Useless and waste of time really. Older version is better
