Can't save passwords for login. Crashes constantly. Fails to connect constantly. This app is the only way to load firmware on devices, and it fails mid-update constantly.

Can't configure probes. The list of sites is not sorted alphabetically, so it's impossible to assign the probe to the correct facility. Had to borrow a coworkers iphone to set up a probe.

How are you supposed to use this product? Monitors are useless without app, and it will not open on Note 9

Will not come up on phone now. Each time returns to log in screen. Can't access logger app to do necessary quarterly check.

Lost all loggers. 3hrs trying to get this to work. Useless manuals. I'll change my stars if there is any customer service
