Decent replacement for the Ascend app. Also handles General and Pool Wi-Fi timers (I don't have those). Slightly fresher GUI than Ascend. However, it seems extremely slow at populating devices via the cloud and sometimes on refresh just doesn't list devices. Often while on Wi-Fi it lists the devices quickly, but still sits and spins for several seconds before you can interact with the switch. One pro is that devices added via Ascend also show up on your account in Connect.

The app works fine after working out a few details. I initially had some issues that were unique to my setup (no problem with the app) that were compounded by a few typos in the docs (e.g. overrides). The docs need another round of proofreading and scrubbing and app interface could use some minor usability improvements. For example, there are (i) buttons that don't pop up info balloons.

Have multiple switches. I have never had a problem with the app or the switches. I like being able to program them to turn on at sunset and off at sunrise.

Extremely frustrating experience trying to use this app. Please just expose the web interface to the device, there's no way it could possibly be worse than this app. It just boggles the mind that the same company that manufactured a seemingly well-designed piece of hardware could have also put out this buggy, inconsistent, flaky, and opaque piece of software. Sorry to be so harsh, but you have taken away days of my life trying to get this to work.

Not great. The app does not reflect the actual state of the circuit (e.g. app shows circuit as off when actually on). Tonight circuit 3 failed to turn off as scheduled or manually via the app. Overrides are a bit convoluted and while programming schedules seemed straight forward, the device behavior doesn't seem to follow. I'm still muddling through with trial and error, but this shouldn't be this difficult. I'm using with an Informatic PE733P with an Informatic EK47365 Night fox photocontrol.

Nearly impossible to set timers. App will not show the timer when you try to program it. Often turns off even when the schedule is to be on.

Terrible app, slow, and you need to refresh your devices every time you leave the app or even if your screensaver comes on. I had to press the 'ON' button two or three times before the app would respond and turn on the device. Worst part though was it kept turning on my device Sunday mornings despite clearing the schedule completely. Tried factory reset of the timer, still was coming on outside the set schedule. Save your hair and go elsewhere for Wi-Fi timer.
