Works great! But I don't see why they don't have an option to unlock it with fingerprint. They have an option to keep you signed in. So you don't have to put the password in each time. Why not sign in with fingerprint?

Nothing is perfect. But this has come fairly close. My only issue is that it won't scan my bottles. But once I went through the trouble to manually enter the numbers, it has been great! I have not experienced any other issues as of late. I love the fact I can set refill reminders!

The app is "ok", but would be great if it loades more quickly, gave co-pay
amount for each filled prescription, and allowed multiple family members
(all on the same plan, linked accounts in intermountain systems) to be
managed from one sign-in.

Every other time I try to order prescription refills, the app says there is a problem, and I am unable to get my refills. Contacting IHC by email or phone to find out what the issue is has been a joke.
