Dr. Ashley Kernan is truly the best doctor! I experience white coat syndrome, but Dr. Kernan always makes me feel completely comfortable and cared for during my visits. She’s been a compassionate and attentive healthcare provider ever since. Although I faced some challenges with my health insurance after IHC terminated their contract with Blue California, I remain loyal to Dr. Kernan because of the excellent care she provides. Very user-friendly, easy to message your care team with a non-urgent question, and they are really good about responding. I've been with Intermountain from way back when it was called Healthcare partners... they are the least traumatizing primary care doctors I've found since I left the pediatrician. That might not seem like a 5-star thing, but to me, it is. (I'm not fond of my mother's doctor there, but she is. My doctor is great)

I would give the chart app and the billing process 0 stars if I could! Just trying to pay my kids' medical bills and whether calling in or trying to pay it on the app, it's impossible. Have spent hours on the phone just trying to pay the bills. Despite the fact that we are one household including my wife, who is set up as guarantor for some reason, and I can't pay anything, she has to do it, I'm the insurance holder and bill payer. Why should it be so hard to give them my money!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I sent EOB showing ZERO balance over a month ago they still have not removed the invalid copay charge for a Connect Care Appointment March 13th 2026, a telehealth appointment. My insurance company told me and my physical member card shows zero copay but was charged for in office. I have messaged the chart app. I called customer many times. Even got my insurance on the phone with them. Charge still there. How many more people illegally charged copay Connect Care.

I'm trying to change my insurance because im no longer on my moms' health insurance, and y'all won't even let me upload pictures of my health insurance card!! When I try the goddamn app closes I had to manually enter 😒 all my health insurance information so yeah I'm a Lil pissed off with this app thank God I did a deep dive into this app before my visit with my doctor otherwise y'all would be trying to and failing to charge my health insurance
