With MyChart, you can schedule care appointments directly online for most Catholic Health services, and even add yourself to a waiting list to be notified by text if an earlier appointment becomes available.
The MyChart app also enables you to check in to your appointment directly from your mobile device, and reduces the need to fill out paper forms each time you go to a new Catholic Health office. All your records will be in one place on MyChart.
The app also gives you access to your clinical test results sooner – usually in less than 24 hours. Plus you can connect with your doctor anytime, anywhere, via email through MyChart.
You can also upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.

My chart is quick, up to date and very easy to access. I enjoy the visit summary after a doctor's visit as well as seeing my upcoming appointments. I can reach my doctor's at any time. I can request refills for my medications instead of waiting for the pharmacy to answer the phone. It lets me know when the pharmacy received my refill. My medication list is there and up to date. I couldn't ask for a better app to access my medical history and be in direct contact with my doctor.

I don't like the app. Is like all over the place. Do I answer this or that? Will I get a response back? No so what do I do. To many ways to go. I like simple clear-cut answer and respond. Not to have to answer different people different avenue. Wash doctor should have his own pod. . It should be who the doctor you are answering to. And only him or her. It to mix up.

I have been going to the new Lock port Hospital since it opened, I had GREAT experience with all the departments and personnel. But yesterday at intake, the woman who was checking me in was so unprofessional. Discussing personnel and very private family details. I have been going through health issues, and yesterday was very stressful! I have worked in health care and know very well you do not discuss private with very sensitive information. This is Catholic Health.

Pulmonary has listed then shared info that is wrong,"Test Results" in my chart show Negative Benzo and Barbs and put Positive with "opioid dependent"Checked MY med list for reduced use. My 2 daily 60 reduced now by half 30 for March 15 for April, then discontinued. Shameful practice as a Doctor.
