I paid ₹13,701 in cash on March 15 to be transferred to an account. I had to cancel, and Ms. Reinna (the coordinator) told me the money would be refunded within 15 days. It’s been way longer — I still haven’t received my money, and now she’s not even answering my calls. This is completely unprofessional. I trusted them and paid in good faith, but they’re avoiding me and refusing to return my money. If I had known this would happen, I NEVER would’ve handed over cash. This feels like a total scam.

Customer service is not satisfactory. When tried approach the Client Acquisition Wing they weren't attending the call. Regular cancellation of classes of CBSE 10th. Unable to communicate the issues with the staffs as they are not being accountable towards us. The only reason for joining Interval was because they promised quality classes and accountable staffs, but now it feels like all that they said during the demo session was straight up false advertisement.
