Interval Timer

Interval Timer is a powerful, fully free interval training app for Android — with a dedicated Wear OS companion app so you can keep your eyes on your workout, not your phone.

COMPLETELY FREE
No premium tier. No paywalls. The full feature set is yours from the start.

WEAR OS COMPANION APP
Your timer runs directly on your smartwatch. Get real-time interval display, audio cues, and vibration feedback right on your wrist — no need to pull out your phone mid-workout. Just start a timer on your phone and it syncs instantly to your watch.

TWO EDITING MODES
• Simple mode — quickly set up a classic Prepare / Work / Rest / Cooldown timer in seconds.
• Advanced mode — build complex sequences with multiple loops, each containing any number of custom intervals. Repeat loops independently, reorder them, duplicate them, and fine-tune every detail.

FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE INTERVALS
Each interval has its own:
• Name and color (light & dark theme variants)
• Duration in seconds, or rep count with a configurable pace
• Display mode: countdown, count-up, or static
• Alarm: text-to-speech announcement, a sound effect, or silent
• Final countdown: audible warning in the last few seconds
• Manual confirmation to hold the next interval until you're ready

ORGANIZE YOUR TIMERS
Group your timers into folders, reorder them with ease, duplicate presets, and share them as files with other users or across your own devices. Import timer files shared by others with a single tap.

HISTORY
Each timer keeps a log of every time you started it, so you can track your training consistency at a glance.

SOUND & VIBRATION
Choose from multiple built-in sound effects for alarms and transitions, or use text-to-speech to hear the interval name spoken aloud. Pick your preferred vibration pattern for wrist feedback.

LIGHT & DARK THEME
Follows your system theme automatically, or lock it to light or dark. Interval colors adapt individually for both themes so your display always looks great.

Whether you're doing HIIT, circuit training, Tabata, boxing rounds, yoga flows, or any other timed workout — Interval Timer adapts to your routine. Build it once, run it anywhere — on your phone or on your wrist.
