Interwetten

Interwetten is a clean and simple interval timer for Tabata, high-intensity interval training, circuits and any home workout. You set how long you work, how long you rest, how many rounds and cycles you want, press Start and focus on moving while Interwetten keeps count for you.

The countdown fills the screen with huge digits that are easy to read from your mat or from across the room. The whole background changes color with every phase, green while you work, red while you rest, amber while you get ready and blue during the longer break between cycles, so a quick glance is always enough to know what comes next.

Setting up a workout takes seconds. You can adjust work time, rest time, rounds, cycles, get-ready time and the rest between cycles with plus and minus buttons or simply tap a value and type it in, and the total workout time is shown before you start.

Sound cues guide you without looking at the phone. Short beeps count down the last three seconds of every phase, and different signals mark the start of work, the start of rest and the end of the workout. Sounds and countdown beeps can be turned off at any time in the settings.

Interwetten comes with ready-made presets for classic Tabata 20/10, intense 40/20 intervals, 50/10 intervals and a gentle 30/30 plan for beginners. You can also create, edit, duplicate and delete your own presets, so your favorite routines are always one tap away.

During the workout a progress ring shows the current phase, an overall bar shows how much of the session is left, and counters keep track of the current round and cycle. You can pause, resume, skip an interval or stop at any moment, and the screen stays on while the timer is running.

Every finished workout is saved to your history with its duration and result, and you can see how many workouts and minutes you completed this week.

Interwetten works fully offline and needs no permissions, no account and no internet connection, and it has no ads. Just set your timer and get moving.
