My experience was okay. I'm just trying to get it off my car and I need to find somebody to talk to or find an address, so I can go take it to somebody to have it taken off, and then I needed, I would like to drive the car there, so I would need it to be calibrated.

One of the WORST!! If I could rare a ZERO I would!! They claim that my battery died when it was brand new before I put the interlock on it!! I NEVER EVER had to get a jump or anything!! They charged me $84.20 and also made me take my car in to Car toys to have them KEEP my car all day just to charge me ANOTHER $80 to tell interlock nothing was wrong with either one!! The battery or device!! Then every time I'm supposed to do a recalibration, the device wants me to do it 2 weeks ahead of time!!

Bad experience from the start of the program, I do not recommend getting this app or this company, they are scummy and the lease is there, but you get added random charges, so it is not what they said on the lease you thought you paid but random charges come up (they do bi-weekly and monthly is non-existent to them. The list goes on: -- that is the start of the nightmare -- Non-existent reps of your case, Messed up my vehicle by sending me to an autos hop that messed up my wiring

Basically the company are scammers, (no office anywhere just online can't get ahold of anybody has to wait for hours if you place a call to them) but the state of Arkansas hires them to put the interlock in your car. They force you to sign a contract much longer than you need the device they add on a million fees it's so ridiculous if they bend over and tie their shoes they charge u. Only decent place to have it installed at is Hoppers transmission in Hot springs they honest and tell the truth
