My experience was okay. I'm just trying to get it off my car and I need to find somebody to talk to or find an address, so I can go take it to somebody to have it taken off, and then I needed, I would like to drive the car there, so I would need it to be calibrated.

Absolutely use ANY other provider than Interlock. Worst customer service ever!! They keep billing you even after having device removed and refuse to give refunds. They are thieves!!!!

DO NOT USE! I have had this device for 2 years I have always turn the key to roll my windows down without starting the car. A few days before I can get the device off I did that, and they locked my car demanding $75. I called customer service, and she says she can see what happened, and they still demand $75.

Drains battery. Bran new battery and in less than a year it dies! Charged me to start the car after battery was replaced They say it's a $50 charge every 2 weeks ends up being around 65 The customer service is not helpful at all Be prepared to have more troubles in the future with false retest and also a bit hard to use I would not recommend this to anyone Goes to smart start or any other company other than interlock
