Intruder Selfie & Theft Alert

Who touched my phone? Intruder Selfie, Theft Alert, Thief catcher app silently takes a front-camera photo, or records a video clip, of anyone who enters the wrong PIN, pattern or password, so you find out who tried to unlock your phone, with proof.

An anti-theft alarm too — the moment someone fails to unlock your device, or even picks it up, the app quietly saves the evidence and alerts you.

CATCH THE INTRUDER
• Silent intruder selfie on a wrong PIN, pattern or password
• Choose how many failed attempts trigger a capture
• Burst mode takes up to 3 photos per attempt, so you get a usable face
• Record a video of the intruder instead of a photo, in HD or SD quality
• Low-light enhancement brightens selfies taken in a dark room
• Capture successful unlocks too, to see everyone who opened your phone
• Silent capture on your own phone — no shutter sound, no flash, no preview

ANTI-THEFT ALARM: DON'T TOUCH MY PHONE
Arm protection and your phone defends itself on a desk, in a bag or on a charger.
• Motion alarm sounds a loud siren if the phone is moved, with 3 sensitivity levels
• Pickup alarm triggers the moment the phone is lifted
• Charger alarm sounds if your charging cable is unplugged
• Pocket alarm sounds if the phone is taken out of your pocket or bag
• A selfie of whoever set off the alarm is captured automatically
• Choose your own alarm sound and volume
• Arm and disarm from a Quick Settings tile
• The alarm stops only with your fingerprint, face or PIN

KNOW WHAT HAPPENED
• Unlock log with a timeline of every attempt — when and how many times
• See how long your phone was used after each unlock
• Get a notification as soon as you unlock, if anything was captured

KEEP THE EVIDENCE SAFE
• Captured photos are hidden from your gallery, so nobody scrolling can find them
• Back up photos and videos to your own Google Drive automatically
• Instant email alert with the intruder photo and a map link to your phone's location
• View, share or delete captures from the in-app gallery
• Lock the app itself with your fingerprint, face or device PIN

HOW TO SET IT UP
1. Turn on intruder detection and allow the camera permission
2. Activate Device Administrator when asked — this is how the app learns a wrong unlock attempt happened
3. Choose how many failed attempts should trigger a photo

PERMISSIONS AND WHY
• Camera — to take the photo or video at the moment of a failed unlock or an alarm
• Device Administrator — used only to detect failed and successful unlock attempts. It never blocks uninstall, locks or erases your device, and you can turn it off any time
• Location — attached to your email alert so a lost or stolen phone can be found. Read only at that moment, never tracked in the background. Everything else works if you deny it
• Notifications and foreground service — required by Android to run the alarm and camera while your screen is locked
• Start after reboot — so armed protection survives a restart

YOUR PRIVACY
This app is for protecting your own device. It is not a tool for monitoring anyone else's phone. Captures stay on your device, or in your own Google Drive if you switch backup on. We do not upload or sell your photos. The app is supported by ads, which use the Advertising ID, as declared in the Data safety section.

If your phone gets picked up, snooped on or taken, you should not have to guess who did it. Intruder Selfie & Theft Alert works as a screen lock protector, a phone snoop detector, an intruder camera and video recorder, an unlock attempt log and an anti-theft alarm in one app — a second pair of eyes on your own device.
