I use the app to use the really useful remote worker sign in, and I am able to see who is at work today and whether they are signed in at the office or working remotely using the signed in staff tile. The app itself looks really nice and has a really crisp layout which reminds me of the sign-in system. I can sign into the app using my fingerprint which makes it really quick and easy to access and sign in when I'm working from home. I can also book myself into the office on days when I have meetings using the office day tile. Overall, it looks good and does everything I need it to do. During covid, it's been used more than ever as I am working from home more often than not.

Works well except for the Visitor Booking system. Invitations are not sent from the APP but the booking appears in the console. If I amend the booking in the console, the invitation is then sent. This needs to be addressed.

Doesn't work with the Samsung Galaxy S8+. Just crashes and cannot sign in or out.

Doesn't work with the Samsung Galaxy S8+. Just crashes and cannot sign in or out. Update: I have since found out that if you are an admin and try to use the app that is what causes the crash. I have taken my admin rights away and then it works. Although since they have updated the app it now no longer works again as it says it cannot connect to inventory system when opening the app.

Utterly useless app. Sorry, I don't go around dissing things for the sake of it, but I (and colleagues) have wasted hours attempting to log in, being kicked out repeatedly, waiting 1/4 hour for it to sync (often failing); even if it does work (1 time in 20+), it then usually doesn't change your status ON THE APP to signed in, but DOES on the central database, meaning you then can't sign out on the app, because it doesn't think you're signed in!! IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE IN ANY WAY.
