I'm having issues signing up on the app. It keeps saying "there are fields empty or incorrect" and I haven't seen any field that is empty or incorrect. I will be needing help here

KYC verification has unusually taken a very long time. The app shows my KYC verification is 100% complete, but I am still not able to do anything on the app after over a month of installation. The help center doesn't work, messages hardly go through, and even when they go through, there is never a response.

This is the worsted platform I have ever seen in my life. I sold some of my shares on the 27th of August in the morning till now 31st of August I don't know the whereabouts of my money. I regret using this app for investment. I will advise everyone who want to invest their money and have a peace of mind to boycott this app if not your funds' security is not guaranteed.
