I can't make withdrawal to my banks. When I select my bank to withdraw to, it will show my name and account number in an empty space, but the bank name will not appear. The response will now be "bank details not found". I see this an act of fraud. Please investment one do something about it

It is a difficult app to use. 1 issue after the other. Recently I can't even log in. it tells me I need an OTP to login after my password and there is no OTP. Also, the consistent freeze Just really tiring. And for an app that should hold my investment? Too bad
