Description by Thomserve(from Google Play)
INVLocal is a local-first app for monitoring and controlling your solar, battery and EV charging equipment directly over your home network.
No cloud. No account. No subscription. The app talks straight to your hardware using Modbus TCP, so your data never leaves your house.
MONITORING (free) - Live power flow between solar, battery, home and grid - Daily generation, consumption, import and export statistics - Battery state of charge, capacity, charge rate, time to full or empty - Per-unit detail for multi-battery systems
CONTROL (one-off in-app purchase, not a subscription) - Charge Now, Discharge Now and Pause - Up to 10 charge and 10 discharge schedules with target SOC - Active power rate and charge/discharge power limits - Advanced inverter and commissioning settings - Write logs and live register-level diagnostics
REMOTE ACCESS Reach your system from anywhere using Tailscale for a secure zero-config VPN, or configure port forwarding to suit your own setup.
SUPPORTED HARDWARE Works with GivEnergy hybrid inverters (GEN1, GEN2, GEN3), All In One units, HV battery systems, AC-coupled inverters, EMS devices and gateways. EV chargers are supported where local Modbus is enabled, or via a local OCPP server. All devices are discovered automatically by a network scan at startup.

Love this app so much so got a 2nd hand android phone especially just to use and delete the OG Bioenergy app from my iPhone, ios version. Would be great. Also reported a bug via Presuppose team (ex snr GE engineers) who recommended this app and bug fixed and released in less than 12 hours - impressive stuff 👏

I great bit of software, much better than the original Bioenergy app. I am very pleased with it, as it flows very smoothly and is well-thought-out. I Just wish I could also have it on my laptop!

After the demise of Giv and the subsequent issues with software from the original app. Chose to pay the £4.99 for this app. Easily downloaded, integrated seamlessly and simply put it works - way and above what the original app did. can't fault anything so far. Credit to the designer and thanks 👍

I have struggled with the original Bioenergy app, often feeling that it was doing its own thing, so it is good to have an alternative. So far, I am very pleased with the GivLocally app. It seems well laid out and provides a much better feeling that I am in control of the inverter, rather than the opposite. Two small issues: 1 the app seems to jump about a bit, probably when it refreshes data - this can be disconcerting, and 2 I would love the facility to stop power being diverted to the grid.

Incredible! This is a seriously professional app. I can see a lot more of the essential background data with a lot less difficulty than the original manufacturer's app, and it appears to be much faster too. Thank you for making this!!!
