Bookipi is the best of the estimate/invoicing apps, and ive spent thousands trying multiple others. It is the cheapest and produces some of the most clean and professional looking estimates and invoices. I recently experienced a rather annoying bug and Grace (yes, a REAL PERSON) with the customer service team reached out and went out of her way to not only report the problem to the developer team WITH screen recordings she directed me to take, but also gave me a workaround for the meantime.

I use the app for my contracting business, and I love it. I send invoices and the customer pays through the invoice. My customers have said they like the fact they can pay and get a receipt immediately without having to write a check or going to the bank.

I've been using the app for a few years now. And have never experienced any problems until now. Mind you ut used to be free and then the monthly subscription is R280 which I've been paying when I needed the app. But this month I paid for my monthly subscription and she it shows next payment due in July. But I cannot make any invoices or estimates its quite frustrating really I've emailed support and received no response It's now day 3, and I'm yet to hear from someone.

Every time after an update there will be issues. Some are so bad it changes the content of the invoices. I don't even mind paying Because it started if so we'll the app. Now with subscription is worse. The latest one has bugged, and it limits 50 items max on one invoice suddenly and I am stuck having to create 2 invoices for a single order, and they reply can't be help. Trying to bring an item from below up after the upgrade. It will shoot all e way to the first item after it reached the top of the page.
