Not easy to navigate, and product has a "generic" look. And now they are increasing the monthly fee. It was barley worth $12 a month, definitely not worth $15 a month. They seem to have over valued their own product. There are better apps for the money. Just another big company trying to take advantage of small businesses. My advice would be to find an alternative app for the services you require.
