★★★★★ Easy to use great app all around very professional. I probably will never use another program for estimates and invoices ever again
★★★★★ I use this app for my business everyday it works great is very convenient. This is an update done August 7th of 2024 I've been using this app since 2014. It helps me keep a list of customers all on file because it's in the cloud it works great
★★☆☆☆ Horrible Customer Service. Have had nothing but problems with this app but nothing has been resolved. They sent my money to a closed account and after promising that a new payment will be reissued to the correct account within 3 days, they have now refused to fix the problem they caused. The app itself isn't bad but if anything comes up, and you need assistance, good luck with that!!
★★☆☆☆ I've been using this app since 2023, today I contacted support to help link my bank account and suddenly my account gets closed without notice until another support agent notifies me it's been closed. I've lost my estimates and invoices for this year.
