NF ORS lost my account entirely after years of me entering runs on this tracking platform. They don't even show my email in their system anymore. Awesome. Now I have to somehow track down incident info from years back at various stations. Not impressed with the reliability of this platform or the poor customer care/support. The lesson? Don't trust your information to just one platform like this.

Cannot activate my account. Says my token is invalid. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but the app said my email was already in use, and I needed a new token to reset my password. Got a new token, but the app would not let me reset my password because my account was never activated in the first place. At this point, the app is useless.

I can add turnout pieces but every time I tap the gear sets button I get a blank white screen and the app crashes if I use the back button. Also added an incident with no turnout gear, got the message that it was saved, but there's nothing in my career diary. Great idea that doesn't seem to work. Bummer.
