Absolutely the worst experience with this app. If you ever expect to sync the IQOS with an app, just use the OTG cable, not Bluetooth, very frustrating to use. By the way, the previous IQOS app was bad but still better, this one is a nightmare. App is telling that to insert a holder and close the door to proceed with device cleaning, but holder is in, and it has no idea what's going on.

Drains phone battery. The app needlessly opens a Bluetooth connection every time Veer is turned on, consuming ALONE around 60% of the battery capacity per day. Had no choice but to uninstall.

I hate this app. It forgets my auth data all the time. And also forgets devices, despite being paired with phone. Also, it missed big chunks of statistics, despite being cloud synced.
