Very easy to use study app for the weight loss study. Sometimes the app could / should load up your information quicker than it does. So far that's my only concern so far into the study 1.5 months or 6 weeks in. Thanks.

After 6 months of complaining about it, today's update still shows double entries for all diary items, forcing me to do double the work with every report. When I sent a screenshot to the developer contact email address, the recipient email provider rejected it.

The worst app ever! I will be very happy when I'm done in the study, so I never have to use this app again. It never remembers biometrics for logging in to it

Does not store log in details. Does not confirm that a task has been completed. Information about visits to study center does not sync with appointment card, so I have to check back with study center to find out if time has been changed, wasting my time and theirs. When I needed to do daily rather than twice-weekly reports it was annoyingly persistent in sending reminders throughout the day rather than waiting 24 hours after my last report. Frequent password changes!

Just generally really poor. Diary feels like a web view, failed with an obscure SSO error initially, symptom checks show up even when they're not required to be filled in, I get notified and asked to fill in the symptom check even on days I don't need to, logged out after every update. Clinical trials team at the hospital won't even use the app to schedule appointments, which speaks volumes.
