Only problem I have with it is having to log out every time I use the app, then having to manually log back in. could be my phone, but I don't have to do this with other apps I use.

Very easy to use study app for the weight loss study. Sometimes the app could / should load up your information quicker than it does. So far that's my only concern so far into the study 1.5 months or 6 weeks in. Thanks.

I'm a very patient person, I hardly review things negatively, but dear God please learn how to create an app that saves your password. Also, when we finally get into the app after having to manually type in the password and enabling biometrics, and it's still not working Time after Time take me to the screen where the notification is notifying me. Instead, we just get a blank screen I have to click around through your buggy app to finally find the place to answer the questions and Hope it opens.

Just generally really poor. Diary feels like a web view, failed with an obscure SSO error initially, symptom checks show up even when they're not required to be filled in, I get notified and asked to fill in the symptom check even on days I don't need to, logged out after every update. Clinical trials team at the hospital won't even use the app to schedule appointments, which speaks volumes.

Does not store log in details. Does not confirm that a task has been completed. Information about visits to study center does not sync with appointment card, so I have to check back with study center to find out if time has been changed, wasting my time and theirs. When I needed to do daily rather than twice-weekly reports it was annoyingly persistent in sending reminders throughout the day rather than waiting 24 hours after my last report. Frequent password changes!
