Excellent App. I'm using it with the ZNC bouncer and had no issues connecting to it. It took a little time to realize that the Ignore settings are persistent without the need for a Save operation. No issues in use whatsoever.

The only mobile IRC client that’s ever come close enough to the feature set of a desktop client to truly impress me! And while the vast majority of Android IRC clients aren’t coded well-enough to run reliably in the background for long periods of time, especially when not connected to a charger or when network traffic is sparse, this is the only app I’ve found that reliably stays connected and forces the network connection not to go into power-saving mode while the screen is dark.

Really wanted to use/like this app. A reliable irc android client should exist. Unfortunately all I get is "write errors". No idea what this means (with the apps' context) or how to debug...? I would absolutely troubleshoot/debug if I could. Too bad. Really wanted this to work.

Why does it disconnect from my EFNet Server every time I close it to run in the background, or any idle time..? Does it just give up on connection if you don't look at it for 5 mins? Do I have to keep it open front and center to retain a connection, that's ridiculous?

It generally works, but lacks any sane functionality for an irc client like nickname autocomplete, Nicker support for automatic auth etc. No support from devs on their channel on efnet, no documentation. I regret spending money on this.

I would recommend googling to yank this app from the store for a known issue, that is now a few years old. You cannot back up the information stored in this program, even though there is a setting to do so.
