Any Installed TTS Language can be enabled in preferences. Most languages should work but will be missing some features.

Recent changes: New TTS prefix feature for channels. Used to limit TTS on busy channels.
Accepts a comma seperated list of values. Only messages that start with these prefixes will be allowed to pass through. The first prefix in the list will be truncated from the message. Leave the field empty for standard behavior.
