Very bad experience with the exigo. They are hold amount in My bank account. Using Autopay mandate. The customer support provide very bad service. very, very bad experience.

Very disappointing experience with Iñigo. I used the Alternate Travel Plan (ATP), but faced issues while claiming the promised bus benefit. Despite multiple follow-ups, my account was later flagged for repeated ATP usage and the benefit was denied. The refund was also delayed. Poor customer support, lack of transparency, and a frustrating resolution process. Not the experience I expected from Iñigo.

Sometimes the platform numbers are incorrect, causing me to miss my train several times. This is the worst application. Even after showing a high chance of booking a train, tickets are not booked.
