Hi, I am using xi series, notice that I am unable to change the emissivity and flag time interval from the android apps, pls advise? Tried to change in pc software first, but then when connect to android apps after that, the setting is remained unchanged. Thanks.

This app isn't a thermal camera or something which I searched for. When you choose "camera" It's a video, of a car. Like this pisses me off sometimes. I just wanted a Thermal camera.

Doesn't work on Samsung S10 with Samsung USB-a to USB-c adaptor. The software fails to connect to the Internet then crashes out.

I don't understand the requirements to use the application, I'd assume a secondary device, although all I saw was a moving GIF like image that had an audi move out of a garage, i didn't get to take a picture in i.r
