I have tried numerous times in the last 24 hours to begin filling in the out-of-state emergency contact info for my son. I cannot enter the street name. No letters appear and what shows up in my predicted words section are not even close. I've reinstalled the app and tried several times during the day. Always the same issue. What is the problem? I saw a demo at Sound Waters University yesterday and it looked amazing. Can't get past step one. Frustrated. Is this a new issue? Has anyone used it successfully??
