Had no sync up issues. seems to work fine on my Google pixel 2XL. only thing i noticed was while on wifi video is choppy while trying to watch. downloaded and video played fine. follow the instructions and all should be good 👍

Works OK now. For ages I couldn't get it to connect (Android 7). Android kept warning that there was no internet on the wifi connection. I just ignored the notification. What I didn't realise is that I had to accept/click on that notification message and then select 'Stay Connected' and 'don't ask again' from the configuration message that then appeared. It connects every time now. You may have to 'Forget' the wifi setting and then connect again to get the android notification message that will be clickable to then select as above.

Great App - User the Problem! WOW, this app gets the best out of my AKASO V50 wireless camera! Initially had WiFi issues, but went to my Samsung Note 8 phone help section and read, read again and then had my wife read it to me and POW... it hit me! I was the one screwing up the process!!! RTFM... Read The Freaking Manual! Something I'm reluctant to do most times until someone has to unscrew me from the ceiling. Please, if you're having issues, humble yourself and RTFM 🙃

Unfortunately, it's bad. When it works the app is useful and intuituve but the problem is that it constantly crashes. I can't even get a single video file to transfer from the camera to my phone without it crashing making it basically useless. This is unfortunate because the v50 pro is a nice camera but this app is terrible. If you plan on using a PC for your file transfers then by all means purchase the camera and enjoy. If you plan on using the app for viewing and transferring files, move on.

Does not work on Akaso v50 pro se on my pixel 3c Android 10. I connect to the camera WiFi and when I open the app always prompts me to the wifi selector being already connected to the camera wifi.
