iSmart

iSmart is the official workplace app for iSmart Facitech employees, bringing HR, attendance, learning, and facility management together in one place.

Attendance made simple
Mark attendance with location-based check-in or optional face verification, view your attendance history, and manage shift and attendance-adjustment requests, all from your phone.

Leave management
Apply for leave, track your leave balance across leave types, and follow the status of your requests through a clear approval timeline. Managers and HR can review and act on team requests with role-based access.

Learning & training (LMS)
Access assigned courses and training modules, track your progress, complete assessments, and earn completion certificates.

HR & employee profile
View and manage your employee profile, employment details, and documents. Submit and track leave, shift changes, and HR requests without paperwork.

Facility & operational checklists
Complete grooming, deep-cleaning, pest control, PPE, fire safety, and housekeeping checklists directly from the field, with photo proof-of-task and manager review.

Incident reporting
Report fire, injury, security, or natural disaster incidents in a few steps, with safety guidance and emergency contact details built in.

Operational reports
Submit and review operational reports with manager oversight, status tracking, and downloadable summaries.

Stay connected
Chat with your team and reach out to HR directly through in-app messaging, and stay updated with notice board announcements.

Manager & HR tools
Managers and HR staff get dedicated views for team rosters, absence tracking, leave approvals, and operational oversight, all governed by role-based access control.
