After multiple trials(after 3 months of using Is three) I can say that this app and this enterprise itself is very inefficient. Details about pickup date and delivery date are not mentioned and even if mentioned, they are never followed. Somtimes part of your order doesn't even come. I have had instances where only half of the clothes were delivered. There is no customer service at all, so there is no way to contact these people. Only good part is the service (ironing) is done well. Very unorganized.

I placed Pick up twice and follow up it for more than 5 days daily. 5th day they removed from pick up. This happened twice. Very Useless and time waste app. Waste app
