Wish Laundry Customer is a customer facing app for communities and ventures where they have daily laundry for - washing & ironing.
We approach the community or apartment complexes, and they distribute our app to all the apartment members.
- Every house hold member in the apartment, registers and get OTP verified - They subscribed to one more more recurring services - laundry & ironing. - Our service team reaches to their house at agreed upon time. - Some times, the members can cancel the pickup service based on their availability
- Our service team comes to your door step at the agreed scheduled time - Take all the garments & note down all the services to be done. - Service team take the garments and drop them at factory unit /service unit. - Service team at factory work on the garments, complete the services, and mark them as ready
- System will send the notification to the customer, intimating them about the readiness - Customer now logs in the app, asks the team member for get it delivery - Customer can check the past orders, current order status, cost of the current order etc.
- Customer check the outstanding balance - Pay it to the service executive comes to the door step - Customer can review the service at any point of time.

I have been a customer since years and this is the worst experience I've got. They picked up and order on 6th May which is also available on the app. The order never got delivered, and now they are refusing that they even picked up the order. The staff doesn't have manners to talk and are blaming us that we are lying. The pickup date got marked by mistake they say. Never use this app. The backend team refuse to answer calls and the workers won't talk to you politely.

Pick Up Home or Office address is not getting saved as a result orders can not be placed. This is happening since today's forced update of this app. The existing address got deleted by app.

Totally unprofessional I have given my silk saree worth rs. 17000/- for ironing. They have done unprofessionally and whole saree got stains.
