Itel is helpful, but the app is hot garbage. Every time I need to use the app, it loses the password, I click forgot password, and it claims to not have an internet connection. I should NOT have to reset the cache and reinstall the app every time I need to use it. It is highly unprofessional and unpleasant to fight with your phone on-site with a customer.

*Always an error every time you use the app or if it does work, they are unable to process samples & you still end up having to send in a hard sample to the lab.
