We’re confident you’ll find itel NOW a progressive step forward in claims app technology.
itel NOW guides you through taking the necessary photos and measurements for upload to our lab, where every test is performed by an analyst. New features include:
• Streamlined claims workflow • Video help to show you how to perform each step • Checklist and at-a-glance icons to help you review your photos • More feedback on the progress of your test submission • More intuitive navigation • Test carpet, wood, laminate, vinyl flooring, siding, and roofing in the app and skip sending the sample • You can also send a sample using the app

I have been using the mobile device since it was introduced. The reports come back quickly and the device is easy to use. For beginners, I would suggest following the instructions. Kudos to ITEL.

ITEL is so easy to use! Finished the report in about 20 minutes from starting. Easy instructions to follow. So helpful for my business I will use it again and again.
★☆☆☆☆Brett Beck· Jul 25, 2022
Every time I use the app I have to Uninstaller it then install it again. Fix your app. If insurance providers did not require ITEL I would not bother to re-install every time.
★★☆☆☆Michael Frazee· Sep 21, 2022
*Always an error every time you use the app or if it does work, they are unable to process samples & you still end up having to send in a hard sample to the lab.
★★☆☆☆Josh Mcelreath· Jul 6, 2022
The system keeps crashing. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every day I use it
