The app was a surprise, and I love the utilities. But can you create a widget for it so that we can have easy access from the home screen. And there is an issue of the app reconnecting to the AirPods after closing the app, sometimes it doesn't connect

The app is not pairing with my itel Buds Air 5e. It can't even search for the buds. Very annoying please fix it soon.

Not working on itel Buds fit 5 I did all that is possible but still nothing, Thank you. I understand that the Buds Fit 5 requires firmware version 1.5 or above. However, I am currently unable to connect the earphones to the itel Sound app, so I cannot check the earphones' firmware version through the app. The earphones are itel Buds Fit 5, model IEW-55, and they are detected by the app. The app shows "Connecting" and then "Failed to connect." Could you please advise me how I can check the firmware

It doesn't connect all the itel sound products. So please add all the itel buds to the app, so we can connect manually.

One will not believe that the same developer who developed the superb functional Itel ipulse for itel smartwatches also developed this dormant and non-functional Itel sound for all itel buds and earpieces. Like the functional Oraimo sound app for Oraimo buds and earpieces, please, revisit the itel sound app and make it versatile and functional for the benefit of your teaming customers who already have itel buds and earpieces other than those it only supports. My candid suggestion.
