I placed an order on a website which was like this app and was confirmed to be a website version of the but there was 1 tinyyy problem, the package didn't ARRIVE.bascalily the package was ordered on Dec 11 but what day am I writing this complaint right now?DEC 14.it's been 3 days since I placed the order, yet it still hasn't ARRIVED.when bi placed the order I thought it arrived maybe like in 10 minutes or even an hour BUT no. Use the app or website if you want a very Very VERY late package.

Feeling terrible after ordering placed an order on 22nd 1k spent for free shipping even before we got the delivery itsy bitsy says order fulfilled they have sent it through DTDC who, gave the delivery date as 25th for within the same city 3 days for within the city delivery now it is 26th no response from DTDC no way to raise a ticket on itsy bitsy as bad as amazon and flipkart are ethical they don't have this hassle when there is a concern from a customer they at least handle it better
