I've used Optimal Print a few times to create a personalized photo album for my wedding. The image quality is very good, the customization section of the photo album on the app is very straightforward to use and there are many options to choose from to make your photo album unique. I haven't used other features outside the photo album, but I recommend Optimal print for its great pricing, quality and speedy delivery across the UK.

Not very happy with this product. The book I received did not look anything like the book I made online. Pictures were completely messed up (flipped around). To make matters worse they didn't respond to my email concerns. For some reason there warranty period is only a few weeks. So if you're giving this as a gift in the future. It's not under warranty. Now they want $165.00 for a 35-page picture book. Come on. Gready gready gready with no support. Nice busyness plan!

I downloaded this app to make up my yearly calendar. I've used optimal print many times before online. This app doesn't have any options to actually upload photos, log in or purchase anything from the calendar section.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The application is infuriating. Constantly loads and loads and loads and loads nothing. Then when the loading is done your drafts have missing images and all the editing has been reset. Absolutely infuriating 😡. Takes about 3 hoursbto make 1 book. Edit all your images into a high contrast because the final print is a lot darker than you think. So many images were unviewable. Now there's 2 websites!!! And this new one is even harder to use. Go figure.

They told me AFTER I ordered that the guarantee wouldn't apply to my order, when it was already too late to cancel. You should warn people of that before they check out. I did email about it, and they said it's just their policy.
