First, they promise that they will provide a confirmed full ticket. Then they ask for more money, but later they give only a half seat (RAC berth) and do not refund the extra amount paid, even after providing an RAC seat

Veryy bad experience... there was a glitch due to which we missed our train number and platform was not displayed properly in the app please fix this do that there is no rush
