IZen was designed for your mind, your body, and your soul. The app has 3 modes, to help you reach a mindful state and improve the quality of your daily life.

* Breathe: Relax your body with easy breathing exercises.
* Listen: Soothe your soul with beautiful nature sounds.

IZen uses a unique method, to help you meditate. We don’t believe in 30 days courses and paying celebrities to read texts. Meditation is all about mindfulness and solitude. We’ve developed a unique meditation track. It helps you learn how to meditate if you’re a beginner. And it helps you perfect your meditation if you're an advanced practitioner.

IZen was built for people by people. We don’t need you to pay for anything. If you’re willing to help us, you can donate as much as you want, as frequently as you want. In return, we will listen to your feedback and develop the app, based on your needs as a user. If you want to help develop the app, we’re happy to partner with you.

IZen is a great app to help you cope with the pandemic, while you work from home. Only a few minutes of your time a day will help you navigate these tough times.
