I'm giving a 5 star because it has the potential, but the signing up process can be hard too, says "processable entity exception" the app needs to be patched or reprogrammed

Love the show and love them for making this app. All was fine, I got the app last Sunday. Used it three times, it worked with all functions, I was able to sign up. There wasn't many people to go through tho. I wish there wasn't a subscription, $15 a month for a dating app is a lot. My free trial ends on the 17th, and I just went to check the app. It said it needed and update, I did try to get back in and I can't. If it honest work before my trial ends ill have to cancel. Has potential tho🤷🏾♀️

Quite a trash app tbh. Buggy, laggy, not that great interface, few users, charged me for a monthly subscription I didn't authorize, then logged me out permanently and claims my profile doesn't exist. I reported to customer service, and they said someone would get back to me in 24 hours, but it's been 2 weeks and no response, even after following up a week ago. They keep sending me the same automated response.

App has great potential but appears to still be in beta (understandable). The functionality is very slow. After using the app for a few weeks, it randomly signed me out and won't let me log back in. There is no support and password reset doesn't work.

I completed the setup, it took me to Choose Your Plan and I did. It charged me twice (I can take care of that later), but when I try to log in, it's stating "Invalid credentials". So, I go to forgot Password? It's stating "This email address has not been registered in this app, please enter a registered email address". My email is valid and Dating Profile was completed with 5 ✔️✔️ ✔️✔️✔️ marks. My plan was chosen, now I can't log in the app. Help!!!

This is Maurice from Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹. I'm trying to sign up on the app, but it's not working all the way. The mandatory Country Code section is coming up completely blank, not allowing me to enter anything on it, and therefore it won't move on to the next step for Sign-up (with & without a VPN)
