Good App the only issue is I can't cancel a request if the condition has been fixed before an officer arrives. If you add a cancel request button I think that can help out. Also, if you can increase the character limits on the noise complaint form. I can't get my full message out I have to keep cutting down words on my report

We should be allowed to cancel a request if a situation has changed. After submitting a driveway complaint the car owner came and drove off. Police don't need to show up after car is gone.

Not perfect, but it helps me get rid of annoying repeat offenders that block my driveway. I take picture of license plate and a shot showing the situation then submit. I think they get violation tickets even when the police were late to come. Those drivers who knew that police will not come before they are back from shopping or visiting my neighbors never leave their vehicles unattended blocking my driveway. Seldom now that I have to wait even for several hours to have access to my driveway.

App has a lot of potential, but no way to engage or follow up after filing report. Needs a way to pin location when it's not exactly in front of a specific address. I have a persistent blocked driveway problem and numerous times I have filed blocked driveway complaint with pictures, but NYPD does not read complaint, checks the wrong driveway and close complaint with no action

Not smart city. 311 has no way to report needs for technology maintenance on infrastructure or city devices. Damaged technologies telecom/IT everywhere, maintenance needed. Also, those smart pay phones don't have USB c standard and the payphone has no audio jack or speaker.

I tried to make a complaint on a process server who is overseen by the DCP and you send me a reply that you closed my complaint that they have no jurisdiction and to complain to the Department of Finance. It is the DCP who oversees process servers. I called 311 and the person who answered was rude and refused to listen or look up anything when I tried to explain. YOU have employees that care for no one. I SEE WHY NYC GETS SUED ITS INCOMPETENT IN RUNNING THINGS
