Not perfect, but it helps me get rid of annoying repeat offenders that block my driveway. I take picture of license plate and a shot showing the situation then submit. I think they get violation tickets even when the police were late to come. Those drivers who knew that police will not come before they are back from shopping or visiting my neighbors never leave their vehicles unattended blocking my driveway. Seldom now that I have to wait even for several hours to have access to my driveway.

Well I can say that, since I bin MESSAGING 311for HpD'.ive bin getting contacted back, but I feel that they do not put the TUFFLOVE, on my BUILDING MANAGEMENT.basically HPD'needs a TUFFLOVE pill, to boost back UP their PUNISHMENTS on these CORRUPT CROOKED building ownership/MANAGEMENTS.but 311nyc do a great job, it's HPD'that im talking about, because my SITUATION'S IS A BIG PUNISHMENT/& maibe an DISCRIMINATION VIOLATION of my teanent RIGHTS.

Provides incorrect address and won't let me change it. Ot advises cannot locate my address and goes right back to the incorrect address. Sheesh

Deserves negative stars. Does not work just like anything in the City. Nobody responds to the complaints. You're just on your own. Pretty useless app. Try not to download

They removed functionality to report within app. Now it just takes you to browser. Not sure why the app has regressed so much, it was perfectly fine before.

App has a lot of potential, but no way to engage or follow up after filing report. Needs a way to pin location when it's not exactly in front of a specific address. I have a persistent blocked driveway problem and numerous times I have filed blocked driveway complaint with pictures, but NYPD does not read complaint, checks the wrong driveway and close complaint with no action
