I like. But sometimes it takes too much time to connect the network (to open) from inside. But from the outside it works fast.

If it works, it's fine, although I still have no clue how this remote is in any way better than a physical access token (badge/plate registration/IR remote/...). Remote control functionality is spotty at best. Every so often gate opening will give a generic error (despite network and gps connections being good), causing blockages at parking entryways. The lack of a dark theme as well as Android Auto compatibility -for an app that is mainly used from inside a vehicle-is simply inexcusable.

I had the same issue for a second time, so twice this month. I want to sign in using the app, and I just can't. I keep getting a "Can't verify the user is human. Please try again." error. But when I sign in using my phone's browser it works. The problem is that it needs location to open up the barriers and in tbe browser if does not worm very well.

Despite multiple promises of the company to fix a problem with an elevator in on of the buildings they offer parking in, I got stuck in the elevator. The assistance number they offer has a language selector, yet is not staffed to support the selection of language I made. Also, they could not help me at all.
