Parade is a good app. I used it to move around my parking spot until a handicap spot was available. I contacted the team, and they were instrumental in helping with that. I got my handicap parking spot and could not have been happier.

My building recently started with Parade. It was easy for me to set up and my empty parking spot was booked within a few hours of the general announcement. Since then, I've had many more bookings. All very easy for me. All I do is watch the notifications and collect the money. Parade has made it really easy to share my spot with my neighbors.

Doesn't seem to allow photos to be added on the Pixel 6 Pro to report a vehicle in your reserved spot. Parade doesn't monitor lots at all, so you have to report parking issues yourself. This has led to me being physically threatened for reporting unauthorized parkers. I miss our old system.

If you have no signal or poor signal you're screwed. There's a dead spot in coverage directly around my apartment building. App is absolutely worthless.

Avoid this app if you can. Unfortunately, this app was forced onto me by my complex who changed their parking to this app. I reserved a spot in my complex and a few days later, they said they were changing the map, but "For the most part, the actual location of your spot you chose hasn't changed, only the number has." I contacted support, and they told me I would have to use the new spot of my original number, forcing me into a spot I didn't want or choose. They then claim there were no lies.

Really buggy app, and the company threatens you when your vehicle is parked in your spot. Overall terrible experience.
