Description by Parkade(from Google Play)
Parkade reinvents how parking can work at private buildings, enabling parking to be managed through an app.
Instead of property managers managing parking via spreadsheets or paper leases, Parkade digitizes a building’s parking operations and makes parking self-serve for tenants. Depending on what features your building choose to leverage Parkade for, tenants can use Parkade to:
- Book short-term parking - Book or manage long-term parking - Open your building’s parking gate(s) - Report issues with your parking spot(s) - Add or edit your vehicle records - Book EV charging spots - Book parking for a guest, giving them gate access and wayfinding tools - Rent out or share your long-term parking spot with others - Sublease a spot from someone else
Parkade brings your building’s parking into the 21st Century, making parking a snap for everyone! Note that it’s up to each building who gets Parkade access, as many buildings choose to limit access to tenants. At other buildings, Parkade can be used by the public to rent excess parking.

I just downloaded the app today after correspondence with Anna. I was able to select and reserve a space in my new building in just a few minutes. Thanks, Anna and Parade for your able assistance!

My building recently started with Parade. It was easy for me to set up and my empty parking spot was booked within a few hours of the general announcement. Since then, I've had many more bookings. All very easy for me. All I do is watch the notifications and collect the money. Parade has made it really easy to share my spot with my neighbors.

Parade is a good app. I used it to move around my parking spot until a handicap spot was available. I contacted the team, and they were instrumental in helping with that. I got my handicap parking spot and could not have been happier.

So far, it's decent, and I've not had any issues yet. What's surprising to me, however, is that it's not available on Android Auto. Many states are making it illegal to use their phones for any reason while driving, and if I'm queuing up the app in preparation to enter the garage, I'm doing just that. For this type of app, it seems like a no-brainer.

A Dystopian Nightmare of an App, No redundancy if your phone dies, service drops, etc. No option for manual entry to garage without the use of your phone. App is slow and need to open it minutes before arriving to the building. If I knew this was the case I probably would not have moved into the apartment I did just because of this app. You would think that being able to rent your spot out is a plus, but it just means randoms can access your apartment's parking garage. Unnecessary and Idiotic

Parade is the worst app slow full of bugs. Avoid any apartment complex that uses this app and company pure trash.

If you have no signal or poor signal you're screwed. There's a dead spot in coverage directly around my apartment building. App is absolutely worthless.
