The app works. However, it needs to support Android Auto. Drivers are supposed to use the app to reserve parking and open boom gates. It'd be much easier if we could do that while driving.

I like the UI, though I'd like more info on the backend e.g. where I sit in the queue for requests. The app should automatically sign me out once my booked session ends - rather than notifying me that I'm about to be parked on a spot that's about to be unavailable. Yes, ideally I'd have signed out upon leaving, however signing me out when it ends will remove the need for doing so. Process improvement imo.

My Bad Team!!! Nearly left a 1-Star Review because the app wouldn't load properly. Sent email to Admin with screenshots of the App not loading ect. Surprisingly, Admin responded not long after saying screenshots shows cell signal with zero bars. I mean, I'm in the heart of Brisbane City FFS. Nek Minute! Opened the app and photos, only to find...you guessed it - The fkn app working and photos with no bars 😅 So yea My Bad and Apps all good 👍

Since the update, the app is unusable. Never loads and always crashes. When it did works, was pointless. Could drive past an empty car park and not book a spot.

It used to let me know when a spot became available at my workplace and then the feature disappeared. That was the most important feature of them all. Thanks for nothing, Parable.

Good app idea, but user experience is not good. 1. Once booked, it is hard to change the registration number. 2. Once booked, it seems impossible, at least to my experience, to check parking space availability of the other nearby car park 3. When multiple request to a limited parking space, it is not clear how the priority is assigned

Started the app when I got to the gate-app froze, closed app and restarted' but now it askes you to relogin- you log in, and it says Bluetooth not on, but it is on, then you toggle Bluetooth, and it eventually works, but wait now its saying Bluetooth not in range, sooooooooo frustrating. Meanwhile the cars are piling up behind me honking there horn.

Slowest app I have ever used. Navigation is also difficult i.e. when you have confirmed bookings, the bookings only intermittently can be found on the home page
