Nothing about the app. This company opens your packages just to make sure you are sending docs that ARE NOT ORIGINAL BECAUSE THEY LOSE IT. They OPENED MY ENVELOPE, THAT IS INVASION OF PRIVACY.have you ever heard of a logistics company that DOES NOT WANT TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE for lost delivery?? Maybe I should send a 1-page stick figure drawing, seal it in an envelope and send it to tawi, coz you can only deliver unimportant documents right?

My parcel is still here, and they haven't picked it up, yet it's been 6 hours now, I'm waiting for nothing, and I'm about to clock out in the office, the customer service is not even a human.

Useless to choose pickup times because it does not reflect the cutoff times. You cannot see the pickup date/time after booking the orders. Should include a note when booking that sender pays the delivery upfront
